Justin made buying our new Volkswagen Tiguan easy. We saw the vehicle online and he quickly sent a text message that included a video of the car and then called us to set up a test drive. After the test drive we called the following morning and gave him all of our i formation and within an hour we drove over to sign the paperwork and pickup the new car. It took less than 20 minutes. This was the best experience for us!
For a rainy day from the time I entered the dealership the welcoming was great. When I returned to pick up my vehicle (again a rainy day) the customer service along with the friendly staff, I had a great experience with the VW family. My family and I went in to see options for trading in for a Tiguan with absolutely zero expectations of driving off with one. Ben and Justin were absolute gems to work with. Communication was top notch and they were both happy to make things run smoothly and always willing to answer any questions we had.

Fantastic customer service and easy process
I made an appointment and dropped my vehicle off early to ensure they could get started on it immediately. I didn’t hear anything all day so I called 5 hours later and learned they hadn’t looked at it yet. They told me they were busy with 17 other vehicles. I asked what the purpose of appointments were if they don’t honor them. They said they would get it right in and start diagnostics. Service advisor was miffed that I had an extended warranty, the computer didn’t show it, the work got done, and he had to call warranty company to get it sorted out. Acted like it was my fault.
They dispel the stereotype of used car dealers. Straightforward, professional, no hidden add-ons (like the Pulse light scam), no pressure. Got me in and out with a cash purchase in about 1.5 hrs, including the test drive. Just based on the sales experience alone, I would drive even farther to partner with Joseph VW again!
